Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Delivery time

Orders ship from within the US. Most orders are delivered within 3-9 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all multi-bottle bundles (orders of $59.90 or more). Single-bottle orders ship for a flat $4.95.

Tracking

You'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, please contact us through our Contact page.

Lost or missing packages

If your package is marked as delivered but hasn't arrived, contact us within 14 days and we'll help resolve it with the carrier or send a replacement.
